Level 1 Award in Sexual Health Awareness (RQF)

Entry Requirements:

• There are no specific entry requirements however learners must be in a job role appropriate to the chosen units
• A minimum Level 2 Numeracy or Equivalent beneficial
• Candidates must be a minimum of 16 Years old
• This Course s suitable for parents and volunteers in participating in Early Years Provision
• Suitable for Learners on Foundation Learning Programmes
• IT literate (Internet, Microsoft office)
• Able to understand and interpret course materials
• Self-motivated and willing to complete and achieve

Successful Learners can Progress to other qualifications such as:

TQUK Level 1 Certificate in Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings (RQF)

Level 1 Award in Healthy Living (RQF)

TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care (RQF)

TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health (RQF)

TQUK Level 2 Award in Equality and Diversity (RQF)

Structure:

Learners will achieve one Mandatory Unit

Develop an awareness of Relationship and Sexual Health Level 1 1 Credits

Guided Learning Hours:

This Qualification requires  hours of self study with a 10 hour guided learning. Learners are expected to study and complete aspects of their assessment portfolio in their own time.
