Entry Requirements:
- There are no specific entry Requirements but a minimum Level 2 Numeracy or Equivalent
- Candidates must be a minimum of 14Years old
- Suitable for Learners on Foundation Learning Programes
- IT literate (Internet, Microsoft office)
- Able to understand and interpret course materials
- Self-motivated and willing to complete and achieve
- It is not Necessary that learners have access to be working, however it is recommended you have access to a volunteering role
Progression:
Successful learners can progress to other qualifications such as the Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety for Catering or further qualifications and apprenticeships in the food and manufacturing and supply chain sector.

Guided learning Hours
Guided Learning hours to complete the course is 9 hours. Students have access to a dedicated Tutor and Assessor working with them through the course. This qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessment subject to external quality assusrance
