Entry Requirements:
- There are no specific entry Requirements but a minimum Level 2 Numeracy or Equivalent
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 Years old
- This Course s suitable for Learners working in volunteering roles or apprenticeship to assess suitable knowledge and competence.
- IT literate (Internet, Microsoft office)
- Able to understand and interpret course materials
- Self-motivated and willing to complete and achieve
Progression:
Successful learners can progress to other qualifications such as:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF)
or to a Foundation Degree in a relevant subject.
Structure:
Learners must achieve a minimum of 65 Credits: 27 Credits from the Mandatory Unit Group, all units in one selected pathway Early Learning and Children (22 Credits) or Social Care (13) or Learning, Development and support (13 credits) any remaining credits must be aken from the optional Unit Group.

Duration:
Guided Learning hours to complete the course is 2hours. Students have access to a dedicated Tutor and Assessor working with them through the course. All students are expected to study and complete aspects of their assessment portofolio in their own. Overall study Hours over the cycle of the programme 442Hours
